The principle behind CROWDLITOKEN is quite simple. Until now, we have provided upfront financing on real estate, and only once this had happened could tokens be placed. This process is now being replaced by a so-called ‘reservations system’. With immediate effect, real estate with rights of first refusal and a fixed deadline will be offered on our platform in line with the crowdfunding principle, offering participation in the yield generated. But what does this mean for you as an investor?
When real estate is reserved through placing tokens, CROWDLITOKEN will pay investors a minimum interest rate. Once tokens are successfully allocated to a property, investors will then participate in the corresponding yield. If we do not succeed in purchasing a property within the agreed time using ‘reserved’ tokens, those tokens already placed can quite simply be invested in existing real estate. As a result, you, the investor, will not be exposed to any risk. Clearly, the advantage of this new reservation principle is that our real estate portfolio can be continually expanded through the addition of attractive properties. Consequently, our investors too will benefit from having a greater selection of properties to choose from.
